300ml lasts 30 - 60 washes (dependant on usage)

Apply to wet hair. Gently massage the shampoo into the scalp to form a lather. Once hair is fully lathered, rinse thoroughly.

Sometimes a second shampoo is required if your hair has a heavy product in it.
